The neighbors of 5800 Mobile Avenue have hosted a block party for 35 years and counting. We get a permit to block off the street from Rosedale Avenue to Ardmore Avenue for the day. Mobile Avenue becomes a giant playground (all day) for our children, grandchildren, and their friends. Bike riding, scooters, skateboarding, roller skates, hopscotch, frisbee, or just hanging out.

We’re kindly requesting a $40 donation from each house to help offset the costs of the waterslide, prizes, DJ and other expenses. Your donation includes 2 free KONA ice treats. Additional KONA treats $3. There will be one raffle for $50 cash giveaway. Every house that makes at least a $40 donation will be eligible.
